REGULAR GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Our Regular Group Training Sessions are the foundation of the Volleyworld training system and are included with memberships.
Athletes train with others at a similar skill level while receiving instruction from experienced coaches in a structured, high-energy environment.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Groups are designed for athletes who want more individualized coaching, more repetitions, and faster skill development.
Sessions are limited to 3–5 athletes per coach, allowing for:
• More Ball Contacts
• More Repetitions
• More Individualized Feedback
• Position-Specific Training
• Faster Development
• Lower Athlete-to-Coach Ratios

COLLEGE PLAYER TRAINING GROUP
For committed college athletes and current collegiate players, Volleyworld offers an exclusive training group on Tuesday evenings.
This invite-only group is designed for athletes looking to maintain and elevate their performance during the offseason through high-level training and competitive play.
