We're excited to welcome Coach Jason Ruppelt as Volleyworld's new Director of Coaches and Player Development!

With 17 years of NCAA Division I coaching experience, Jason brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and valuable connections to our growing organization.

His addition represents a significant investment in the future of Volleyworld and the athletes we serve.

Jason will work closely with our coaching staff to:

• Strengthen player development programs across all levels.
• Establish consistent training standards and coaching methodologies.
• Mentor and develop our coaching staff.
• Improve athlete evaluations and individualized development plans.
• Expand advanced and elite-level training opportunities.
• Help athletes understand the pathway toward collegiate volleyball.

From Basecamp to Ascend, Peak, Summit, Apex, and Elite, Jason will help ensure every athlete has access to quality coaching and a structured development pathway.

Our goal isn't simply to train more athletes. It's to develop better athletes through better coaching.

• College Recruiting Guidance: Helping athletes develop pathways toward collegiate volleyball.
• Austin Expansion — November 21: Launching Volleyworld training programs in Austin, with future expansion planned for Southwest Austin.
• Pflugerville Facility Expansion: Working toward expanding to four volleyball courts and adding a dedicated strength and conditioning gym.
• Georgetown Facility Upgrades: Preparing to launch our strength and conditioning gym and physical therapy (PT) area.
• Enhanced Player Development: Strengthening our training programs from Basecamp through Ascend, Peak, Summit, Apex, and Elite.
• Fall Fours League: Introducing competitive 4-on-4 volleyball leagues for 12U, Intermediate, and Advanced players.
• Sunday Men's Volleyball League: Expanding competitive opportunities for adult male athletes.
• Sunday Coed Volleyball League: Bringing additional organized volleyball competition to our adult community.
• More Training Opportunities: Expanding private lessons, positional training, clinics, and specialized development programs.
